Agent Observability
Module: agentic
What it is
Agent observability is the ability to see what an agent is doing—its reasoning, actions, tool calls, and internal state. Good observability means you can follow the agent's logic, debug problems, and understand why it did what it did.
Why it matters
Black-box agents are dangerous. If you can't see what the agent is doing, you can't catch problems or learn from its behaviour. Observability tools let you monitor agents in real-time, audit their actions after the fact, and build confidence in their operation.
